Bidders must be 'B' Class Contractors registered with the Odisha State Government or Contractors of equivalent grade/class registered with Central Government/ any other State Government/ MES/ Railways. | Bidders must have experience and expertise in Design, Construction, Testing & Commissioning of Scada and electrical instrumentation with existing scada software. | Registered Firms/Companies/ 'B' Class contractors must have successfully completed and installed/tested/commissioned existing pipeline in different locations and Scada software similar nature of works (with or without ancillary works) valuing not less than 30% (Rs.18.13 Lakhs) of the estimated cost in any one financial year during the last 5 years. | The Registered Contractors should have an annual financial turnover of not less than 40% of the estimated cost in any one year in P.H. Works during the last 5 years, certified by a Chartered Accountant. | The bidder should not have been blacklisted by any Govt./ Govt. Undertaking on the bid opening date. | Bids from Consortium/ Unincorporated Joint Venture are not acceptable. | Bidders who have in the last 3 financial years applied for/ are undergoing Corporate Debt Restructuring (CDR)/Strategic Debt Restructuring (SDR) or facing recovery proceedings from Financial Institutions or those facing Sickness and under consideration of Board for Industrial & Financial Reconstruction (BIFR) are not eligible. | The contractor has to furnish a declaration that no near relatives are working in the cadre of an Assistant Engineer/ Assistant General Manager and above in the Organisation of Public Health Engineering Organisation (PHEO) of the State of Odisha.
