Bidders must be an Empaneled fire licensed agency of Class D or above authorized by Odisha Fire & Emergency Service. | Bidders must have a MoU with an associate electrical contractor (MV/HT or above) having a valid license from ELBO. | The Court Affidavit must specifically mention the name, address of the two parties, license number, date of validity and issuing authority, and the name of the work for which the agreement is signed. | The 2nd Party's PAN, GSTIN, and License must be submitted. | Tenderer should have executed at least one similar nature of work (SITC of Fire Fighting System and fire detection in a single/multistoried building) whose value is not less than 60% (excluding GST) of the estimated cost, or 2 similar works each costing not less than 40% (excluding GST), or 3 similar works each costing not less than 20% (excluding GST) under State Govt/Central Govt/UT/PSU/Semi Govt during the last five financial years (2021-22 to 2025-26 & Current Financial Year). | The work experience should be successfully completed and handed over, inspected by competent authority with full satisfaction. | Completion certificates must be furnished from an Engineer-in-Charge not below the rank of an Executive Engineer. | Any similar nature of work started before FY 2021-22 is a potential technical credential if successfully completed and handed over during the last five financial years (2021-2022 to 2025-26) with year-wise price breakup (Schedule-G) if needed to verify value from FY 2021-22. | Contractors not registered with the Government of Odisha can participate but must register with the appropriate registering authority of the State Government before award of the work. | Joint Ventures are not allowed. | An applicant whose contract for any work has been rescinded or who has abandoned any work in the last five years prior to the bid date shall be debarred from qualification. | Bidders must not be related to any officer of P.W.D of the rank of Assistant Engineer & above or any officer of the rank of Assistant/Under Secretary and above of the Works Department, Govt. of Odisha.
