Contractors of 'D' Class and 'C' Class registered with State Governments or equivalent Grade/Class registered with Central Government/MES/Railways for civil works are eligible. | Bidders must not be associated, directly or indirectly, with the Consultant or any other entity that prepared the design, specifications, and other documents for the Project. | Bidders must disclose if they have a relative employed as an Officer in the rank of Assistant Engineer/Under Secretary and above in the Government of Odisha in the concerned Department. | No Engineer of gazetted rank or other gazetted officer employed in Engineering or Administrative duties in an Engineering Department of the Government of Odisha is allowed to work for a contractor for two years after retirement without prior permission. | Bids from Joint ventures are not acceptable. | Contractors intending to use/lease equipment/machinery must furnish proof of ownership from the provider, along with contracts/agreements/lease deeds for a minimum period of 6 months. | The contractor must secure a minimum of 80% marks for ownership of principal machineries/equipments as per Schedule-C. | The tenderer or any of its constituent partners whose contract for any work has been rescinded or who has abandoned any work in the last 5 years prior to the bid date shall be debarred from qualification.
