Contractors must be 'D' Class or 'C' Class, registered with State Governments or equivalent Grade/Class registered with Central Government/MES/Railways for Civil works. | Bidders must not be associated, directly or indirectly, with the Consultant or any other entity that prepared the design, specifications, and other documents for the Project or is proposed as Project Manager. | Bidders must not have a relative employed as an Officer in the rank of an Assistant Engineer/Under Secretary and above in the Government of Odisha in the concerned Department, or must declare such relationship. | No Engineer of gazetted rank or other gazetted officer employed in Engineering or Administrative duties in an Engineering Department of the Government of Odisha is allowed to work for the contractor for two years after retirement without prior written permission. | Bids from Joint ventures are not acceptable. | Contractors registered under other State Government/MES/Railways/CPWD in equivalent rank must register under state PWD before signing the agreement. | The contractor or any of its constituent partners whose contract for any work has been rescinded or who has abandoned any work in the last 5 years prior to the date of Bid shall be debarred from qualification.
