Contractors must be 'D' Class, 'C' Class, or 'B' Class registered with State Governments, or equivalent Grade/Class registered with Central Government/MES/Railways for civil works. | Bidders must not be associated, directly or indirectly, with the Consultant or any other entity that prepared the design, specifications, or documents for the Project. | Bidders must not have a relative employed as an Officer in the rank of Assistant Engineer/Under Secretary and above in the Government of Odisha in the concerned Department, or must inform the same in Schedule-I. | Bids from Joint ventures are not acceptable. | Contractors intending to use/lease equipment/machinery must furnish proof of ownership from the company/person providing the equipment/lease deed and duration of such contract along with an affidavit. | Contractors must secure a minimum of 80% marks for ownership of principal machineries/equipments as per Schedule-C. | Lease deeds for hired equipment/machinery must be on a long-term basis for a minimum period of 06 calendar months from the last date of receipt of bid documents. | The tenderer or any of its constituent partners whose contract for any work has been rescinded or who has abandoned any work in the last 5 years prior to the date of Bid shall be debarred from qualification. | Successful bidders registered under other State Government/MES/Railways/CPWD must register under state PWD before signing the agreement. | Super Class contractors shall employ two Graduate Engineers and two Diploma holders from Odisha. | Special Class contractors shall employ one Graduate Engineer and two Diploma Holders from Odisha. | 'A' Class contractors shall employ one Graduate Engineer or two Diploma Holders from Odisha.
