Dept. / Public Ltd. Company/Private Limited Company dealing in food grains, sugar, paddy/coarse grains, or any other non-toxic commodity. | Tenderers must have executed work of at least 20% of the estimated contract value (Rs. 10,93,512.00) in one single contract in one financial year within the immediate preceding five years, OR 40% of the estimated contract value (Rs. 21,87,024.00) in multiple contracts in one financial year within the immediate preceding five years. | Experience of a Partnership Company will be reckoned, not individual partners' experience. | Tenderers without the requisite experience may participate by providing an undertaking for an additional security of 2% of the contract value from a Nationalized/Scheduled Commercial Bank. | Tenderers must furnish a Registration Certificate under "The Carriage by Road Act 2007" & "The Carriage by Road Rule 2011" issued by the State Transport Authority (STA) or Regional Transport Authority (RTA). | Tenderers must not have been blacklisted or debarred by OSCSC or any government entity for any failure to comply with contract terms or for corrupt/fraudulent practices within the last five years. | Tenderers whose contract with OSCSC or any government entity was terminated before expiry within the last five years are ineligible. | Tenderers whose EMD and/or Security Deposit has been forfeited (partly or fully) by OSCSC or any government entity during the last five years are ineligible. | Proprietors/partners/directors of the tenderer firm/company must not have been convicted by a court of an offense and still serving a sentence. | Hindu undivided families are not entitled to apply for the tender.
