The bidder must be a company/firm registered under the Companies Act, 2013 or a Limited Liability Partnership registered under the LLP Act, 2008. | Indian subsidiaries of foreign companies registered under applicable Indian laws are eligible. | Bidders must not have been convicted by any court of law, blacklisted by any State/Central Govt., or have criminal cases pending adjudication against them in the last 5 years. | Bidders whose contracts have been terminated or bids disqualified/rejected due to bid condition violations by any Govt. agency in the last 5 years are not eligible. | The bidder must have successfully implemented at least 4 similar projects of at least 25 luxury air-conditioned tented accommodations each with a project cost of minimum INR 4.0 Crore during the last 5 years. | The minimum average annual turnover for the last 3 years ending March 31, 2025, must be INR 15 Crore. | The minimum Net worth as on March 31, 2025, must be INR 2 Crore. | In case of a Consortium, the Lead Partner must satisfy at least 70% of the technical and financial eligibility criteria. | A member of a Consortium cannot be a member of any other Consortium bidding for the same site.
