The Applicant must be a legal entity duly incorporated or registered under applicable Indian laws. | Joint Ventures (JV) are not permitted. | The Applicant must possess valid PAN, GST Registration, EPF Registration, and ESI Registration. | The Applicant must have successfully provided sanitation, cleaning, sweeping, housekeeping, door-to-door collection and transportation, municipal solid waste management, facility management, or similar public utility services to at least one Government Department, ULB, PSU, Government Agency, Airport, Railway Station, Bus Terminal, Hospital, or other public institution for a minimum continuous period of one (1) year at any time during the five (5) years immediately preceding the Proposal Due Date. | The Applicant must have experience in providing sanitation, housekeeping, cleaning, door-to-door collection and transportation, waste collection and transportation, municipal solid waste management, facility management, or similar public utility services to Urban Local Bodies (ULBs) for a minimum continuous period of one (01) year during the five (05) years immediately preceding the Proposal Due Date. | The Applicant must have successfully executed at least one (01) similar contract involving deployment of a minimum of 30 field personnel per day for a continuous period of one (01) year during the last five (05) years. | The Applicant must have an Average Annual Turnover of not less than Rs.1.50 Crore during FY 2022-23, FY 2023-24, and FY 2024-25. | The Applicant must not have been blacklisted, debarred, terminated for default, or placed under Holiday List by any Central Government Department, State Government Department, ULB, PSU, or Statutory Authority during the last five (5) years.
