The Odisha Urban Housing Mission (OUHM) invites proposals from consultancy agencies for the preparation of Detailed Project Reports (DPRs), bid process management support, and ancillary activities under the Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana-Urban 2.0 across Odisha. The project aims to develop 25,000-30,000 Affordable Housing in Partnership (AHP) dwelling units and 5,000 Affordable Rental Housing (ARH) units. Three consultancy firms will be selected based on a Quality and Cost Based Selection (QCBS) method (80% technical, 20% financial), with an initial contract period of 2 years.
