Contractors must be registered with Govt. of Odisha / Govt. of India / C.P.W.D. / central undertaking / Railway / M.E.S. | If not registered under State Government, successful bidder must register under the appropriate authority of the State Government of Odisha in appropriate class of eligibility before award of the work. | Contractor class must be 'B' for this work. | Experience of similar works during last 5 years: 3 works each ≥ 40% of bid value OR 2 works each ≥ 50% of bid value OR 1 work ≥ 80% of bid value (Interior design and electronic works shall be integral components of the building project). | Annual Turnover in any one of the preceding 03 financial years not less than 50 lakh, supported by audited Balance Sheet & P&L Account. | Solvency Certificate of at least 50% of tender value from a scheduled bank. | Previous experience of execution of Building Works with Interior Design and Electronic Works costing at least 50% of the bid value. | Not associated, directly or indirectly, with the Consultant or any other entity that has prepared the design, specifications, and other documents for the Project or being proposed as Project Manager for the Contract. | No relative employed as an Officer in the rank of an Assistant Engineer/Chairman/Secretary in the concerned Department, or must inform if such a relationship exists. | No Engineer of gazetted rank or other gazetted officer employed in an Engineering Department of the Government of Odisha is allowed to work for contractor for a period of two years after retirement without prior permission. | Bids from Joint ventures are not acceptable. | Contractors registered with State Government and contractors of equivalent Grade / class registered with Central Government / MES / Railways having registration for Civil, Electrical and P.H. works with legal competency and expertise in Civil, Public Health and Electrical Engineering works are eligible for composite work.
