Odisha. | Both Civil and HT Electrical licenses must be valid for at least one month from the date of tender opening. | If a contractor holds only a Civil or an Electrical license, they must form a joint venture (JV) with another contractor, and the JV agreement must be registered with a GoO/GoI registration authority. | The contractor and any Joint Venturer must have up-to-date GSTIN and PAN Card. | Tenderers must have successfully executed similar nature of work with a cumulative value of not less than 50% of the estimated cost put to tender, completed during any three financial years within the preceding five financial years. | In a Joint Venture, the civil contractor must be the 1st party with more than 51% share and be the Prime contractor. | SC/ST bidders in a joint venture must belong to both Civil & HT SC/ST categories to avail price preference. | The validity of both Civil and HT Electrical licenses should be for a period of at least 3 months from the date of the opening of the tender. | Under no circumstances is one Electrical Licence holder allowed to make a joint venture with more than one Civil Contractor on the same package. | The Electrical contractor is fully responsible for handing over the Electrical installation to TPNODL. | Contractors who have failed to complete earlier works to the satisfaction of the undersigned may have their tenders rejected. | If a bidder gets more than 2 works by L1 or Lottery, their past performance and present financial status (FORM-G, GSTR-3B & IT return etc. of last 3 years) will be verified by the tender committee.
