Odisha. | Both Civil and HT Electrical licenses must be valid for a period of at least one month from the date of tender opening (or 3 months as per Section-II). | Bidders should have the necessary Portal Enrolment with their own digital signature certificate. | If a contractor holds only a Civil or an Electrical license, they must form a Joint Venture (JV) Agreement with another contractor. | The JV agreement should be registered with any registration authority of the GoO/GoI (Notary Public/Executive Magistrate) if applicable. | The JV agreement must specify the validity period. | The contractor and the Joint Venturer should have up to date GSTIN and PAN Card. | Tenderer(s) shall have successfully executed similar nature of work with a cumulative value of not less than 50% of the estimated cost put to tender, completed during any three financial years within the preceding five financial years. | In a Joint Venture, the civil contractor should be the 1st party having more than 51% share and is the Prime contractor. | An Electrical contractor cannot form a joint venture with more than one Civil Contractor on the same package. | SC/ST bidders in a joint venture must belong to both Civil & HT SC/ST categories to avail price preference. | MSME registered contractors are required to deposit EMD.
