Odisha. | Both Civil and HT Electrical licenses must be valid for a period of at least one month from the date of tender opening (or 3 months as per Section-II). | Bidders must have necessary Portal Enrolment with their own digital signature certificate. | If a contractor holds only a Civil or an Electrical license, they must form a Joint Venture (JV) Agreement with another contractor. | The JV agreement must be registered with any registration authority of the GoO / GoI (Notary Public / Executive Magistrate) if applicable and specify the validity period. | The contractor and the Joint Venturer must have up-to-date GSTIN and PAN Card. | The intending tenderer(s) shall have successfully executed similar nature of work with a cumulative value of not less than 50% of the estimated cost put to tender, completed during any three financial years taken together within the preceding five financial years. | The Electrical Contractor in a JV will be responsible for handing over the Electrical installation to TPNODL. | In a Joint Venture, the civil contractor should be the 1st party having more than 51% share and be the Prime contractor. | In a Joint Venture, SC/ST bidders must belong to both Civil & HT SC/ST category to avail Price Preference. | An Electrical license holder is not allowed to make a joint venture with more than one Civil Contractor on the same package. | Contractors who have failed to complete earlier works to the satisfaction of the undersigned may have their tenders rejected. | MSME registered contractors are required to deposit EMD.
