Must be 'C' & 'D' Class Contractors registered with the Odisha State Government. | Contractors of equivalent grade/class registered with Central Government/any other State Government/MES/Railways are eligible. | Companies or Reputed Engineering Farms registered as 'C' & 'D' class contractor are eligible. | Bidders must possess a compatible Digital Signature Certificate of Class-II or Class-III. | No criminal cases should be pending against the Contractor (him/her/partners) at the time of submitting the tender. | No near relatives should be working in the cadre of an Assistant Engineer/Assistant General Manager and above in the Organisation of Public Health Engineering Organisation (PHEO) of the State of Odisha. | Bidders who have applied for/are undergoing Corporate Debt Restructuring (CDR)/Strategic Debt Restructuring (SDR) or facing recovery proceedings from Financial Institutions or those facing Sickness and under consideration of Board for Industrial & Financial Reconstruction (BIFR) in the last 3 financial years are not eligible.
