Eligible class of contractors of Government of Odisha or equivalent class registered with Central Government/State Government/Railway/CPWD/MES. | Bidders must possess compatible Digital Signature Certificate (DSC) of Class-II & Class-III. | Registered Bidders from outside Odisha can participate after portal enrolment but must register with the appropriate State Govt. authority before work award. | Contractor class as per Column-6 of Annexure. | Joint venture firms are not acceptable. | Intending Engineering Contractors seeking EMD exemption must have the work recorded in their original registration certificate and produce an affidavit stating they have not availed EMD exemption for 3 works during the current financial year. | SC Contractors desiring price preference and EMD exemption must produce the required affidavit. | Special Class Contractors must employ one Diploma Holder belonging to the State of Odisha and intimate their names with the tender. | Tenderers with a relative employed as an officer in the rank of Assistant Engineer and above in the state PWD or Under Secretary and above in the Works Department must inform the Chief Engineer, Rural Works, Bhubaneswar, or furnish a certificate stating no such relationship.
