Tenderer(s) must not have abandoned any work of similar nature nor had their contract rescinded during the last 5 years. | Tenderer(s) must upload a valid Registration Certificate of the required class as mentioned in the NIT. | Tenderer(s) must upload a PAN card and up-to-date GSTIN. | Tenderer(s) should have executed similar nature of work worth 75% of the estimated cost put to tender during any three financial years taken together in the last preceding five years for road work. | Tenderer(s) should have a total financial turnover in respect of Civil Engineering works of an amount not less than the amount put to tender during any three financial years taken together of the last preceding five financial years. | Tenderer(s) must possess the specified machineries either owned or on hire/lease. | Assessed Available Bid Capacity must be more than the total estimated cost of the works, calculated as (A*N*2-B) where A is max value of CE works in any one year (last 5 years, updated), N is completion period (min 1 year), and B is value of existing commitments. | Joint Venture/Consortium agreements/M.O.Us are not allowed to participate. | Contractors of equivalent Grade/Class registered with Central Government/MES/Railways for execution of Civil works are eligible. | Bidders from outside the state can participate without GSTIN if they submit an undertaking, but must produce GSTIN before contract award. | Bidders registered under other State Governments/MES/Railways/CPWD in equivalent rank may participate, but successful bidder must register under the state PWD before signing the Agreement.
