Circle if his or his spouse’s near relative (first blood relations and their spouses) is posted as Divisional Accountant or as an officer between Superintending Engineer and Junior Engineer (both inclusive). | No Engineer of gazetted rank or other Gazetted officer employed in Engineering or Administrative duties in an Engineering Department of the State Government is allowed to work as a Contractor for two years after retirement without Government permission. | Bidders registered under other State Governments/MES/Railways/CPWD in equivalent rank may participate, but successful bidders must register under the state PWD before signing the Agreement.
