Contractors must have a valid Registration Certificate of the required class as mentioned in Col-6 of the Table in NIT. | Contractors must have an up-to-date valid PAN Card and GSTIN. | Contractors must not have abandoned any work of similar nature nor had their contract rescinded during the last five years. | Contractors must furnish an affidavit in support of the authenticity of the tender documents, including a No Relationship Certificate. | Joint Venture/Consortium agreements/M.O.Us are not allowed to participate. | Registered bidders from outside Odisha can participate after Portal Enrolment but must register with the appropriate authority of the State Government before work award. | Contractors exempted from EMD must upload documentary evidence for eligibility. | Engineer Contractors availing EMD exemption must enclose an affidavit stating how many times they have availed this facility during the current year and produce their original license at opening. | ST or SC Contractors availing EMD exemption and price preference must enclose an affidavit for the purpose. | Contractors must not be related to any officer in the rank of Asst. Engineer and above in the State PWD or Asst. Secretary and above in the Works Department of Govt. of Odisha.
