Contractor must not have abandoned any work of similar nature or had their contract rescinded during the last 5 years. | Contractor must possess a valid Registration Certificate of the required class as mentioned in the NIT. | Contractor must upload PAN card and up-to-date GSTIN. | Contractor must have executed similar nature of work worth 75% of the estimated cost put to tender during any three financial years taken together in the last preceding five years for road work. | Contractor's total financial turnover in respect of Civil Engineering works must be an amount not less than the amount put to tender during any three financial years taken together of the last preceding five financial years. | Contractor must have an Assessed Available Bid Capacity greater than the total estimated cost of the works, calculated as (A*N*2-B) where A is max value of Civil Engineering works in any one year (last 5 years, updated), N is number of years for completion (or 1 if less than 1 year), and B is value of existing commitments and ongoing works. | Joint Venture/Consortium agreements/M.O.Us are not allowed to participate. | Bidders from outside the state can participate without GSTIN if they submit an affidavit, but must produce GSTIN before contract award. | Bidders registered under other State Governments/MES/Railways/CPWD in equivalent rank may participate, but the successful bidder must register under the state PWD before signing the Agreement.
