Registered Coriander Seed Producers are eligible. | PSUs of Government of India/State Government engaged in coriander seed production are eligible. | National Level Agencies recognized by Ministry of Agriculture & FW, GOI, engaged in seed production of concerned crop are eligible through their authorized agencies. | ICAR institutes are eligible. | State Agriculture Universities are eligible. | The minimum quantity offered by the tenderer must be 3/4th or more of the total requirement (90.56 Qtls). | The tenderer must be registered on SATHI Portal. | The tenderer must have a valid Seed License issued by the Licensing Authority. | The tenderer must provide proof of producer, including documents regarding registration of Coriander Seeds crop with the Certification Agency in their name. | State Govt. PSUs and GOI PSUs/Federations and cooperatives under MoA&FW participating through their Authorized Agency must produce a certificate from the respective Certification Agency containing the variety-wise area of certified coriander seeds registered in the name of the Agency. | The bidder must not have been blacklisted by a Central/State Government Institution and must not have any litigation with any Government Department on account of similar services. | The bidder must submit audited annual accounts for the last two financial years ending on 31.03.2025. | The bidder must not have any direct or indirect relation with OSSC employees. | Government Agencies/MSCS-2002 are exempt from EMD and security deposit.
