Bidders must be an Empaneled Fire licensed agency of class D or above authorized by Odisha Fire & Emergency Service. | Bidders must have a MoU with an associate electrical contractor (MV/HT or Above) having a valid license from ELBO. | The Court Affidavit must specifically mention the name, address of the two parties, license number, date of validity and issuing authority, and name of the work for which the agreement is signed. | The associate electrical contractor's PAN, GSTIN, and License must be submitted. | Contractors not registered with the Government of Odisha must register with the appropriate registering authority of the State Government before the award of the work. | Bidders must not be associated, directly or indirectly, with the Consultant or any other entity that prepared the design, specifications, or documents for the Project or is proposed as Project Manager. | Joint Ventures are not acceptable. | Bidders must not have made misleading or false representations in qualification documents. | Bidders must not have a record of poor performance, abandonment of works, inordinate delays, litigation history, or financial failures. | Bidders must not have participated in previous bidding for the same work with unreasonable prices and no rational justification. | Bidders must not have indulged in unlawful & corrupt means. | Bidders must not have been blacklisted by the competent authority. | Each bidder shall submit only one bid for one package. | An applicant whose contract for any work has been rescinded or who has abandoned any work in the last five years is debarred from qualification.
