Must be a "B" & "C" Class Contractor registered with the Odisha State Government or equivalent grade/class registered with Central Government/any other State Government/MES/Railways. | Bidders from outside Odisha must undergo registration with the appropriate authority of the State Government before signing the agreement. | Bids from Consortium/Unincorporated Joint Venture are not acceptable. | Contractors with pending criminal cases will be summarily rejected. | Contractors must declare no near relatives are working as Assistant Engineer/Assistant General Manager or above in PHEO, Odisha. | Contractors who have misled or made false representations will be rejected. | Contractors with a record of poor performance (absconding, incomplete work, delays, financial failure) will be rejected. | Contractors undergoing Corporate Debt Restructuring (CDR)/Strategic Debt Restructuring (SDR) or facing recovery proceedings from Financial Institutions or BIFR are not eligible. | Only one tender shall be submitted by a contractor.
