Each intending bidder should be validly registered as HT Electrical Contractor in the required Class under Govt. of Odisha or registered elsewhere in India under any other appropriate public authority as an equivalent class/grade contractor. | Successful bidders registered elsewhere in India must undergo necessary registration in the required Class as a Contractor under any Appropriate Public Authority of Govt. of Odisha before signing the agreement and produce the Original Registration Certificate within one month from the date of issue of Conditional Tender Acceptance Letter/Letter of Intent (LOI). | Engineering Organizations of Govt. of Odisha/Govt. of India (MES, Railways etc.)/Union Territory or Engineering Public Sector Undertakings/Enterprises/Company(s) under Govt. of India, duly authorized, can participate as bidders of equivalent Grade/Class/Category. | No consortium or joint venture is allowed to participate. | Bidders who have surrendered any work in ODAGAON NAC for the year 2024-25 are not allowed to participate. | Bidders must not have any public petition or allegation against their previous Electrical works. | Bidders with more than 03 pending Electrical works are not eligible to participate.
