Bidding is open to all eligible bidders as defined under Odisha Contractors Registration Act of Works Department. | Bidders registered as per eligibility criteria of Class 'C' & 'D' for each work under the Government of Odisha/Other State Government/Government of India/State or Central Government Undertakings are eligible. | Registered bidders outside the state can participate but must register with the appropriate authority within one month of tender acceptance. | Bidders must possess a compatible Digital Signature Certificate of Class-II or Class-III. | Engineer contractors wishing to avail EMD exemption must submit an affidavit declaring they have not yet availed 3 EMD exemptions during the current financial year and show the original Registration Certificate at the time of agreement execution. | SC/ST/Physically Handicapped contractors wishing to avail EMD exemption/Price preference must produce original affidavit/No relation certificate at the time of agreement execution and show original Registration Certificate, GST registration certificate, PAN card for verification. | One bidder can submit only one tender paper for each work in this notice using their own DSC. | No Engineer of Gazetted rank or other Gazetted officer employed in Engineering or Administrative Department of the State Government is allowed to work as a contractor for a period of two years after retirement without due permission. | Registration in the Contractor Data Base Management system (CDMS) available at WWW.cdmsodisha.gov.in is mandatory.
