The Bidder must have experience of successfully executed similar work during the last 5 (five) years, which shall be either: Three similar completed Services of value not less than 25 Lakh Excluding GST each, OR Two similar completed Services of value not less than 32 Lakh Excluding GST each, OR Single similar completed Service of value not less than 50 Lakh Excluding GST. | "Similar Completed Services" means the Bidder must have successfully designed, developed, and implemented a system/portal in the domain of Estate / Facility / Property / Accommodation / Space/ workplace/ Housing/ Society/ Residential/ Guest house/ Hospitality / Apartment Management System, covering at least one or more of the following functional areas: Office Space Management, Residential / Staff Quarter Management, Guest House / Accommodation Management, Meeting Room / Conference Room Booking. | The applicable 5 (five) years for technical criteria are FY 2021-22, FY 2022-23, FY 2023-24, FY 2024-25 and FY 2025-26. | Average Annual financial turnover of the Bidder during the last 3 (three) financial years should be at least 5 Crore. | The applicable 3 (three) financial years for financial criteria are FY 2022-23, FY 2023-24 and FY 2024-25. | The Bidder can be either a Company (Private or Public), a registered partnership firm, or an LLP firm. | The Bidder should have valid PAN and GSTIN registration. | The Bidder should not have been banned/blacklisted by OMC or any government agency or any PSU as on the date of submission of Bid. | The Bidder whose Contract/Agreement with OMC had been terminated /failed to perform will not be eligible to participate in the bidding. | Bidding in the form of a Consortium and Joint Venture are NOT allowed.
