The Bidder must be either an Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) of Furnace Transformers or an Authorized dealer/Distributor of an OEM of Furnace Transformers. | The Bidder or their OEM should have completed supply, installation & commissioning of at least 1 furnace transformer of minimum 9 MVA and 11KV (Primary Voltage) or higher capacity in the last 10 Financial Years (from April 1, 2016, to March 31, 2026). | The bidder/OEM should have a valid & approved type test report for each rating or next higher rating (same voltage level) of transformer approved within 7 years of bid opening date from an internationally recognized lab or NABL accredited CPRI/EREDA/International recognized lab. | The transformer in the experience certificate must have been in successful operation for at least 2 years as on April 1, 2026. | Average financial turnover of the Bidder during the last 3 financial years (FY 2022-23, FY 2023-24, FY 2024-25) should be INR 70 Crores for OEM or INR 10 Crores for Authorized dealer/distributor. | Net worth of the Bidder in each of the last 3 financial years (FY 2022-23, FY 2023-24, FY 2024-25) should be positive as per audited balance sheet. | The Bidder can be a Company (Private or Public), a registered partnership firm, an LLP firm, or a proprietorship firm/concern. | The Bidder should have valid PAN and GSTIN registration. | The Bidder should not have been banned/blacklisted by OMC or any government agency or any PSU as on the date of submission of Bid. | Bidding in the form of a consortium & Joint Venture are NOT allowed. | The Bidder whose Contract/Agreement with OMC had been terminated/failed to perform will not be eligible to participate.
