The firm must have experience in preparation of Detailed Project Reports/Feasibility Reports for Water Supply/Sewerage/Mega Lift Irrigation schemes with a total project cost equal to or more than Rs. 1000 Crores in the last 10 financial years, including at least one DPR for a minimum of Rs. 200 Crore in the Water Supply sector. | The firm must have experience in Project Supervision/IC for Water Supply/Sewerage/Mega Lift Irrigation schemes with a total project cost equal to or more than Rs. 1000 Crores in the last 10 financial years, including at least one project of minimum Rs. 200 Crore in the Water Supply sector. | The average annual turnover of the firm from consultancy business for the last 3 financial years should be equal to or more than Rs. 50 Crore. | Only experience of projects executed in India will be considered for evaluation. | Consultancy firms debarred by any Authority, with debarment in force as of the last date of proposal submission, are not eligible. | No Joint Venture or Consortium or Association or Sub-Contract is allowed; the Applicant shall be a sole applicant. | The technical proposal must score at least 75 points to be considered responsive for financial evaluation. | Key professional staff must score at least 75 marks out of 100, with a minimum of 70 marks under General Qualifications and Adequacy for the project, to be eligible. | The age of Key Personnel should not be more than 65 years on the date of submission of the proposal.
