Tenderer(s) should not have abandoned any work of similar nature nor had their contract rescinded during the last five years. | Tenderer(s) must have a valid Registration Certificate of the required class as mentioned in Col-5 of the Table in NIT. | Tenderer(s) must have up-to-date VAT clearance Certificate, PAN CARD, and Labour License. | Tenderer(s) must have executed similar nature of work worth 75% of the estimated cost put to tender during any three financial years taken together of the last preceding five years. | Tenderer(s) must have a total financial turnover in respect of Civil Engineering works of an amount not less than the amount put to tender during any 3 (three) financial years taken together of the last preceding five financial years. | Tenderer(s) must have in possession of the required machineries either owned or on hire/lease. | Bid Capacity (for works above Rs 3.00 Crores) must be more than the total estimated cost of the works. | Joint Venture/Consortium agreements/M.O.Us are not allowed to participate in the Bid. | Bidders from outside the state can participate without VAT clearance Certificate if they submit an affidavit, but must produce VAT clearance before contract award. | Bidders registered under other State Governments/MES/Railways/CPWD must register under the state PWD before signing the Agreement if successful.
