Structures & Sewer Network). | The Contractor shall carry out at least 50% of the Project works directly under its own supervision and through its own personnel. | If the Contractor is a Consortium, the Lead Member shall discharge the obligation to carry out at least 50% of the total Project works directly. | Sub-contracts exceeding 5% of the Contract Price require communication of sub-contractor particulars to the Authority for review. | Sub-contractors for works exceeding 5% of the Contract Price must have undertaken at least one similar work with a contract value exceeding 40% of the sub-contract value and received payments for at least 40% over the preceding 3 years.
