Us are not allowed. | Tenderer must have a valid registration certificate, valid PAN, and valid GSTN clearance certificate. | SC/ST contractors up to 'B' Class can avail 50% exemption of EMD and price preference by uploading scan copy of caste certificate and application. | Engineering contractors seeking EMD exemption must have the name of work recorded in their original registration certificate before tender opening and submit an application for exemption. | Tenderer must submit an affidavit stating no relationship with any officers as detailed in clause 2.7 of DTCN. | Tenderer must submit an affidavit confirming they have not abandoned any work of similar nature nor had their contract rescinded during the last five years. | Tenderer must submit an affidavit regarding the correctness/authenticity of all documents submitted. | A bidder is not permitted to bid for works in the R.W Division where his or his spouse’s near relative (first blood relations and their spouses) is posted as Divisional Accountant or as an officer between Superintending Engineer and Junior Engineer (both inclusive). | No Engineer of Gazetted rank or other Gazetted officer employed in Engineering or Administrative duties in an Engineering Department of the State Government is allowed to work as a Contractor for two years after retirement without Government permission. | Special class contractors must employ one Graduate Engineer and two Diploma Holders belonging to the state of Orissa. | 'A' class contractors must employ one Graduate Engineer or two Diploma Holders belonging to the state of Orissa.
