Institute / Establishment". | Past experience in similar nature of work must be supported by certificates from the client's organisation, with private sector experience requiring copies of Letter of Award and corresponding TDS Certificates. | Joint-venture / Consortia of firms / companies and foreign bidders are not eligible. | Proportionate experience will be considered for works done in JV/consortium. | Work experience of a subsidiary company can be used to the extent of ownership. | Past work experience and financial parameters of merged/acquired companies will be considered if the company continues to own requisite assets and resources. | Past work experience and financial parameters of demerged entities will be considered proportionately for five years from incorporation. | Average annual audited financial turnover for the last 3 years shall be at least 40% of the estimated cost. | Audited Net Worth as on the last day of the preceding (or last audited) Financial Year should be minimum 10% of the Estimated Cost. | Self-certified copy of Bank Solvency Certificate for at least 40% of Estimated Cost, issued within 6 months from the original last date of tender submission (not required if estimated cost is up to Rs. 25 Crore). | The bidder should have earned profit in a minimum of one year in the available last three consecutive balance sheets. | Intending tenderers must be registered on https://tendersodisha.gov.in and possess a Class-III digital signature.
