Tenderer(s) should not have abandoned any work of similar nature nor had their contract rescinded during the last 5 years. | Tenderer(s) must upload a valid Registration Certificate of the required class as mentioned in the NIT. | Tenderer(s) should have executed similar nature of work worth 75% of the estimated cost put to tender during any three financial years taken together of the last preceding five years. | Tenderer(s) should have a total financial turnover in respect of Civil Engineering works of an amount not less than the amount put to tender during any 3 financial years taken together of the last preceding five financial years. | Bidders from outside the state can participate without GSTIN if they submit an undertaking, but must produce GSTIN before contract award. | Bidders registered under other State Governments/MES/Railways/CPWD may participate but must register under the state PWD before signing the agreement. | Joint Venture/Consortium agreements/M.O.Us are not allowed to participate in the Bid. | Applicants who meet the minimum qualification criteria will be qualified only if their available bid capacity at the expected time of bidding is more than the total estimated cost of the works (for works above Rs 3.00 Crores).
