Tenderers must not have abandoned any work of similar nature or had their contract rescinded during the last five years. | Tenderers must have a valid Registration Certificate of the required class as mentioned in Col-6 of the Table in NIT. | Tenderers must have an up-to-date GSTIN Certificate and possess a PAN Card and Labour License. | For road portions, tenderers must have executed similar nature of work worth 75% of the estimated cost during any three financial years of the last preceding five years (2021-22 to 2025-26), excluding 2026-27. | Tenderers must have a total financial turnover in respect of Civil Engineering works of an amount not less than the amount put to tender (as in Col-3 of the Table) during any 3 financial years taken together of the last preceding five financial years. | Tenderers must have in possession the specified machineries (owned or on hire/lease) for road works as per relevant clauses of specification of Road and Bridge work of Ministry of Road Transport and Highways (4th Revision). | Available bid capacity must be more than the total estimated cost of the works, calculated as (A*N*2-B) where A is maximum value of Civil Engineering works executed in any one year during the last five years (updated to current price level), B is value of existing commitments and ongoing works to be completed during the next years, and N is number of years prescribed for completion of the works. | Joint Venture/Consortium agreements/M.O.Us are not allowed to participate in the Bid. | Bidders from outside the state can participate without a GSTIN certificate if they submit an undertaking, but must produce the GSTIN Certificate before contract award. | Bidders registered under other State Governments/MES/Railways/CPWD in equivalent rank may participate, but the successful bidder must register under the state PWD before signing the Agreement.
