Estimated cost more than Rs. 1.00 Crore and within Rs. 20.00 Crore: 'A' Class Contractor (of Odisha PWD) or relevant class of other licensing authorities. | Estimated cost more than Rs. 6.00 Crore and within Rs. 50.00 Crore: Special class contractor (of Odisha PWD) or relevant class of other licensing authorities. | Estimated cost more than Rs. 20.00 Crore: Super class contractor (of Odisha PWD) or relevant class of other licensing authorities. | Bidders from outside Odisha must undergo registration with the appropriate authority of the State Government within a month of acceptance of bid. | The contractor must not be involved in any litigation relating to the works. | The contractor or any of its constituent partners must not have been debarred/expelled by any agency in India during the last 5 years. | The contractor or any of its constituent partners must not have failed to perform on any contract work in India during the last 5 years. | The intending tenderer(s) should have executed similar nature of work worth 75% of the estimated cost put to tender during any three financial years taken together of the last preceding five years. | The intending tenderer(s) should have the total financial turnover in respect of Civil Engineering works of an amount not less than the amount put to tender during any 3 (three) financial years taken together of the last preceding five financial years. | The available bid capacity at the expected time of bidding must be more than the total estimated cost of the works for works above Rs. 3.00 Crores. | Joint Venture/Consortium agreements/M.O.Us are not allowed to participate in the Bid.
