Contractor must be registered in the e-procurement portal with a valid Digital Signature Certificate (DSC). | Contractor must possess a valid Registration Certificate of the required class. | Contractor must have an up-to-date GSTIN/GST registration certificate and PAN Card; no undertaking for these is acceptable. | Contractor must not have abandoned any work of similar nature nor had their contract rescinded during the last five years. | Contractor must have executed similar nature of work worth 75% of the estimated cost put to tender during any three financial years of the last preceding five years. | Contractor must have a total financial turnover in Civil Engineering works not less than the amount put to tender during any three financial years of the last preceding five financial years. | Contractor must possess specific plant and machinery, either owned or on hire/lease, as per Format-III, and secure 80% marks in aggregate for machinery. | Available bid capacity must be more than the total estimated cost of the works, calculated as (A*N*2-B) where A is maximum value of works executed in any one year during the last five years (updated), N is number of years for completion, and B is value of existing commitments and ongoing works. | Joint Venture/Consortium agreements/M.O.Us are not allowed to participate.
