Contractors must be 'A' Class or Equivalent registered with the Odisha State Government, or equivalent grade/class registered with Central Government/any other State Government/MES/Railways, or Reputed Engineering Firms. | Bidders from outside Odisha must undergo 'A' Class or Equivalent registration with the appropriate authority of the State Government before signing the agreement, and produce the registration certificate within 15 days from the date of opening of the price bid if declared 1st lowest. | Firms/Companies/Registered Contractors should have successfully completed Civil works valuing not less than Rs. 315.20 lakh (80% of the estimated cost) in any two works during the last 3 years (2023-24, 2024-25 & 2025-26). | Annual financial turnover of not less than Rs. 315.20 lakhs (80% of the estimated cost) during the last 3 years, certified by a Chartered Accountant. | Joint Venture (JV) firms should have LT/HT Electrical Registration Certificate and executed similar nature of work during the last 3 years (if required by this office). | No criminal cases should be pending against the contractor (him/her/partners) at the time of submitting the tender. | Contractor must furnish a declaration that no near relatives are working in the cadre of an Assistant Engineer/Assistant Engineer Member and above in the Brahmapur Development Authority. | The assessed available bid capacity at the expected time of bidding must be more than the total estimated cost of the works for works above Rs. 3 Crores.
