Tenderer(s) should not have abandoned any work of similar nature nor had their contract rescinded during the last five years. | Tenderer(s) must have a valid Registration Certificate of the required class as mentioned in Col-6 of the Table in NIT. | Tenderer(s) must have an up-to-date GSTIN Certificate and possess a PAN Card and Labour License. | For Road portion of the work, tenderer(s) should have executed similar nature of work worth 75% of the estimated cost during any three financial years of the last preceding five years (2021-22 to 2025-26), excluding 2026-27. | The total financial turnover in respect of Civil Engineering works must be not less than the amount put to tender during any 3 financial years of the last preceding five financial years, certified by a Chartered Accountant with UDIN. | Available bid capacity at the expected time of bidding must be more than the total estimated cost of the works, calculated as (A*N*2-B) where A is maximum value of Civil Engineering works executed in any one year during the last five years (updated to current price level with 10% annual inflation), B is value of existing commitments & ongoing works to be completed during the next years, and N is number of years prescribed for completion of the works. | Joint Venture/Consortium agreements/M.O.Us are not allowed to participate. | Contractors registered under other State Governments/MES/Railways/CPWD in equivalent rank may participate, but successful bidder must register under the state PWD before signing the Agreement.
