Department or Assistant/Under Secretary & above in the R.D. Department. | For works valued up to Rs. 5.00 crores, there are no specific qualifying criteria beyond general requirements. | For works valued more than Rs. 5.00 crores, bidders must have executed works worth 50% of the estimated cost in any 3 financial years of the last 5 preceding years. | The total financial turnover for Civil Engineering works must be not less than the estimated cost put to tender during any 3 financial years of the last 5 preceding financial years. | The available bid capacity must be more than the total estimated cost of the works. | Joint Ventures are allowed for works value exceeding Rs. 10.00 crore, with specific requirements for agreement, responsibilities, and lead partner nomination. | No Engineer of Gazetted rank or other Gazetted officer employed in Engineering or Administrative duties in an Engineering Department of the State Government is allowed to work as a Contractor for a period of two years after his retirement without Government permission. | Bidders from outside the state can participate but must register under the state PWD before signing the Agreement if successful.
