Contractors must be 'C' and 'B' class registered with the State Government or equivalent Grade/Class registered with Central Government / MES / Railways. | Contractors must be experienced in execution of similar type of building works (Civil, Electrical and PH etc.). | Contractors not registered with the Government of Odisha must register with the appropriate registering authority of the State Government before award of work. | Joint ventures are not acceptable. | Bidders must not be associated, directly or indirectly, with the Consultant or any other entity that prepared the design, specifications, or other documents for the Project. | Bidders must not have a relative employed as an Officer in the rank of Assistant Engineer / Under Secretary and above in the State Government of Odisha in the concerned Department or Deputy Manager & above in SERIFED, Bhubaneswar. | An applicant or any of its constituent partners whose contract for any work has been rescinded or who has abandoned any work in the last five years prior to the bid date shall be debarred from qualification. | The civil contractor must enter into a duly notarized M.O.U. with an eligible registered electrical contractor having valid H.T. / L.T. license for electrical installation and other electrical works, unless the civil contractor holds such licenses themselves.
