No. 16 (Construction & development of Hatisala Gate and surrounding area) must have expertise in heritage work. | Bids from Joint ventures are not acceptable. | Bidders must not be associated, directly or indirectly, with the Consultant or any other entity that prepared the design, specifications, and other documents for the Project or is proposed as Project Manager. | A firm engaged by the Engineer-in-Charge to provide consulting services for the preparation or supervision of the works, and any of its affiliates, shall not be eligible to bid. | Bidders must not have a relative employed as an Officer in the rank of a Junior Engineer/Assistant Engineer/Under Secretary and above in the Government of Odisha in the concerned Department, or must declare such relationship. | No Engineer of gazetted rank or other gazetted officer employed in Engineering or Administrative duties in an Engineering Department of the Government of Odisha is allowed to work for a contractor for two years after retirement without prior government permission. | Bidders are subject to disqualification if they have made misleading or false representations, have a record of poor performance, quoted unreasonable prices without justification, indulged in unlawful/corrupt means, or been blacklisted. | For most works, 'C' class contractors are eligible, while for work Sl. No. 16, 'C' & 'B' class contractors are eligible.
