Tenderer(s) should not have abandoned any work of similar nature, nor should their contract have been rescinded during the last five years. | Contractor must not be related to any officer in the rank of Assistant Engineer & above in the state R.D. Department or Assistant/Under Secretary & above in the R.D. Department. | Must upload a valid Registration Certificate of the required class as mentioned in TCN. | Civil Contractor must upload a notarized agreement with a registered Electrical Contractor along with their valid license, GSTIN & PAN. | For works value up to Rs. 5.00 crores, no qualifying criteria except clauses 1(a), (b), (c), (d) & (e) apply. | For works exceeding Rs. 5.00 crores, intending tenderers should have executed works (Buildings/Bridges/Major Irrigation Structures) worth 50% of the estimated cost put to tender during any 3 financial years taken together of the last preceding 8 years. | Intending tenderer(s) should have a total financial turnover in respect of Civil Engineering works of an amount not less than the amount put to tender during any 3 financial years taken together of the last preceding five financial years. | All financial figures (Annual turnover, Works Experience, Work in hand) must be excluding GST. | Available bid capacity at the expected time of bidding must be more than the total estimated cost of the works. | Bidders from outside the state can participate without a GSTIN clearance Certificate if they submit an affidavit stating they are not registered under the GSTIN Act and have no liability under it, but must produce it before contract award. | Bidders registered under other State Governments/MES/Railways/CPWD in equivalent rank may participate, but successful bidders must register under the state PWD before signing the Agreement. | Joint Venture/Consortium agreements/M.O.Us are not allowed to participate in the Bid.
