Contractor must be registered on the e-procurement portal with a valid Digital Signature Certificate (DSC). | Contractor must not have abandoned any work of similar nature or had their contract rescinded during the last five years. | Contractor must have a valid Registration Certificate of the required class as mentioned in NIT. | Contractor must have up-to-date GSTIN/GST registration certificate and PAN Card. | Contractor must have executed similar nature of work worth 75% of the estimated cost put to tender during any three financial years of the last preceding five years. | Contractor must have a total financial turnover in respect of Civil Engineering works of an amount not less than the amount put to tender during any 3 financial years of the last preceding five financial years. | Contractor must possess the specified machineries either owned or on hire/lease, securing 80% marks in aggregate as per Format-III. | Available bid capacity must be more than the total estimated cost of the works, calculated as (A*N*2-B) where A is the maximum value of works executed in any one year during the last five years (updated to current price level), B is the value of existing commitments and ongoing works to be completed during the next years, and N is the number of years prescribed for completion of the works. | Joint Venture/Consortium agreements/M.O.Us are not allowed to participate.
