A Bidder shall be deemed to have the nationality of India. | Government-owned enterprises are eligible only if they can establish legal and financial autonomy and operate under commercial law. | Reputed Contractors/Engineering Firms are eligible. | No criminal cases should be pending against the Contractor (him/her/partners) at the time of submitting the tender. | No near relatives should be working in the cadre of an Assistant Engineer/ Assistant Executive Officer and above in the Organisation of Chandbali NAC of State of Odisha. | Contractor must possess a Civil License – A/ Special class. | Average Annual Turnover during last 3 financial years (2022-23, 2023-24 & 2024-25) should be more than Rs. 4.00 Crores. | Successfully completed any work in any ULB in Orissa during last 3 financial years (2022-23, 2023-24 & 2024-25) with a cumulative value of not less than Rs. 1.50 Crores. | Bank Solvency Certificate from a schedule bank for the current year duly signed by the Bank Manager with a value more than Rs. 3.00 Cr. | Successfully completed any Civil construction work in any department of Orissa during last 5 financial years (2020-21 to 2024-25) with a cumulative value not less than Rs. 3.00 Crores. | Bidder should have Civil construction Experience of more than 5 Years. | The minimum technical score required to pass is 70 marks out of 100.
