Contractors must be registered with the State Government of Odisha as 'B' class or equivalent grade/class registered with Central Govt./MES/Railways/CPWD. | Bidders must have achieved a minimum financial turnover of Rs. 310.30 Lakh (at 2016-17 price level) in any one financial year during the last five financial years (2011-2012 to 2015-2016) in civil engineering construction works. | Bidders must have satisfactorily completed (not less than 90% of original contract value) as a prime contractor at least one similar nature of Renovation/Improvement work of value not less than Rs. 94.82 Lakh (at 2016-17 price level) in one contract within the last five years (2011-12 to 2015-16). | Bidders must have executed in any one financial year the following minimum quantities of work: Earth Work in Excavation & embankment 3236.98 Cum and Cement Concrete work of all grade including RCC & Lining Concrete 2931.70 Cum. | The firm must possess an experienced Graduate Engineer with not less than five years of experience or a Diploma Engineer with not less than ten years of experience in construction of similar Civil Engineering works as project Manager. | The firm must possess liquid assets or credit facilities of not less than Rs. 37.93 Lakh (20% of the estimated value put to tender). | Sub-contractors' experience and resources will not be taken into account. | Bidders must be registered in the Contractors Database Management System (CDMS). | Engineering contractors wishing to avail EMD exemption must submit an affidavit stating they have not availed 3 EMD exemptions during the financial year 2026-27 and show the original Registration Certificate for confirmation.
