Contractors must be registered with the State Governments as referred in Sl 7(a) of Contract Data, Joint Ventures, or Contractors of equivalent Grade/class registered with Central Government/MES/Railways. | The intending tenderer(s) should not have abandoned any work of similar nature, nor should their contract have been rescinded during the last five years. | The intending tenderer(s) should have a valid Registration Certificate as on date, of the required class as mentioned in Col-6 of the Table in NIT. | The intending tenderer(s) should have an up-to-date GSTIN Certificate & possess a PAN CARD; no undertaking for GSTIN & PAN Card is acceptable. | For works value up to Rs. 5.00 crores, there are no qualifying criteria except clauses 14(a), (b), (c), (d) and 14(h). | For works value more than Rs 5.00 crores, the intending tenderer(s) should have executed similar nature of work worth 75% of the estimated cost put to tender during any three financial years taken together of the last preceding five years (2021-22 to 2025-26 excluding 2026-27). | The total financial turnover in respect of Civil Engineering works must be not less than the amount put to tender during any 3 (three) financial years taken together of the last preceding five financial years (2021-22 to 2025-26 excluding 2026-27). | Required Bid Capacity must be more than the Estimated cost of the work. | Joint Ventures are allowed for works value exceeding Rs 10.00 crore, with not more than three constituents as partners. | In a Joint Venture, the lead partner must be a registered Contractor of appropriate class of the State. | SC and ST category contractors with Registration Certificate up to 'B' Class are eligible for a 10% price preference. | Super class contractors shall employ two Graduate Engineers and two Diploma holders belonging to the State of Odisha. | Special class contractors shall employ one Graduate Engineer and two Diploma Holders belonging to the State of Odisha. | 'A' class contractors shall employ one Graduate Engineer or two Diploma Holders belonging to the State of Odisha.
