Average Annual Financial Turnover on construction works during the last three years (ending 31st March 2025) must be at least 50% of the estimated cost. | Must have completed three similar works each costing not less than 40% of the estimated cost, OR two similar works each costing not less than 60% of the estimated cost, OR one similar work costing not less than 80% of the estimated cost, within the last 7 years. | Similar works mean construction of RCC Framed structure of Building works including water supply, sanitary works, electrification works etc. complete from any Central/State Govt. department / PSUs/ Autonomous Bodies. | The applicant should be a profit-making firm and have not incurred losses for more than two years out of the last five years ending 31st March 2025, and no losses in the last three years. | Must have valid EPF registration. | Joint Ventures are not permitted. | Must have valid GST registration number. | Must have un-utilized credit facility of at least 10% of the estimated cost, issued on or after the NIT publication date, OR a Bank Solvency of 40% of the estimated cost issued within 3 months from the original last date of tender submission in the current financial year. | Must submit a self-declaration on Rs. 100.00 non-judicial stamp paper, duly notarized, stating they are not blacklisted/debarred/have not abandoned any work. | Must submit a valid registration certificate of a civil contractor in the proper category issued by any Central/State Govt. Organization. | Available bid capacity must be more than the total bid value, calculated as (A x N x 2) - B, where N=7 months, A=Maximum value of works executed in one year during last five years (updated at 7% simple interest), and B=Value of existing commitments or ongoing works to be completed in the next 'N' years. | Must have a valid Permanent Account Number (PAN) of Income Tax. | Any bidder from a country sharing a land border with India is eligible only if registered with the Competent Authority.
