Contractors must be registered with the State Government or equivalent Grade/class registered with Central Government/MES/Railways for execution of Civil works. | Contractors not registered with the Government of Odisha must register with the appropriate authority before award of work. | An applicant or any of its constituent partners whose contract for any work has been rescinded or who has abandoned any work in the last five years, prior to the date of the bid, shall be debarred from qualification. | Each bidder shall submit only one bid for one package. | For 'A' Class contractors, they should submit details of employment of 02 diploma holders or 01 graduate engineer belonging to the state of Odisha. | Super Class contractors shall employ two Graduate Engineers and two Diploma holders belonging to the State of Orissa. | Special Class contractors shall employ one Graduate Engineer and two Diploma Holders belonging to the state of Orissa. | 'A' Class contractors shall employ one Graduate Engineer or two Diploma Holders belonging to the state of Orissa. | Contractors must have experience in construction of Road/Bridge/Building Works. | Contractors must have executed projects similar in nature to the work (Composite building work) in the last financial years up to 2024-25, with a value not less than 30% of the amount put to tender.
