Contractors must be 'A' Class (of Odisha PWD) or relevant class of other licensing authorities for estimated costs more than Rs. 1.00 Crore and within Rs. 20.00 Crore. | Contractors must be 'B' & 'A' Class for this specific work. | Contractors must not have abandoned any work of similar nature or had their contract rescinded during the last five years. | Contractors must have a valid Registration Certificate as on date. | Contractors must have up-to-date GSTIN/GST registration certificate and PAN Card. | Contractors must have a valid Labour License. | Contractors must have executed similar nature of work worth 75% of the estimated cost put to tender during any three financial years taken together of the last preceding five years. | Contractors must have a total financial turnover in respect of Civil Engineering works of an amount not less than the amount put to tender during any 3 financial years taken together of the last preceding five financial years. | The available bid capacity must be more than the total estimated cost of the works, calculated as (A*N*2-B) where A=Maximum value of works executed in any one year during the last five years (updated to current price level), N=number of years prescribed for completion of the works, and B=Value of current price level of existing commitments & ongoing works. | Joint Venture/Consortium agreements/M.O.Us are not allowed to participate. | Registered bidders of outside Odisha can participate after Portal Enrolment but must register with the appropriate authority of the State Government within a month of bid acceptance.
