Contractors must be of 'A' Class (Odisha PWD) or relevant class for estimated costs more than Rs. 1.00 Crore and within Rs. 20.00 Crore. | Contractors must be of 'Special Class' (Odisha PWD) or relevant class for estimated costs more than Rs. 6.00 Crore and within Rs. 50.00 Crore. | Contractors must be of 'Super Class' (Odisha PWD) or relevant class for estimated costs more than Rs. 20.00 Crore. | Registered bidders from outside Odisha can participate but must register with the appropriate State Government authority within one month of bid acceptance. | Bidders must not have abandoned any work of similar nature or had their contract rescinded during the last five years. | Bidders must have a valid Registration Certificate of the required class as mentioned in the NIT. | Bidders must have an up-to-date GSTIN/GST registration certificate, PAN CARD, and Labour License. | Bidders must have executed similar nature of work worth 75% of the estimated cost in any three financial years of the last preceding five years. | Bidders must have a total financial turnover in Civil Engineering works not less than the estimated cost in any three financial years of the last preceding five financial years. | Bidders must possess the specified machineries (owned or on hire/lease) required for the work, securing 80% marks in aggregate for machinery. | Bid capacity must be more than the total estimated cost of the works, calculated as (A*N*2-B) where A is the maximum value of works executed in any one year during the last five years (updated with 10% annual inflation), B is the value of existing commitments and ongoing works, and N is the number of years for completion of the invited works. | Joint Venture/Consortium agreements/M.O.Us are not allowed to participate.
