Contractors must be 'B' & 'A' Class Contractor (of Odisha PWD) or relevant class of other licensing authorities. | Bidders must have a valid Registration Certificate as on date. | Bidders must have up-to-date GSTIN/GST registration certificate and PAN Card; no undertaking for these is acceptable. | Bidders must have executed similar nature of work worth 75% of the estimated cost in any three financial years of the last five preceding years, certified by an officer not below the rank of Executive Engineer. | Bidders must have a total financial turnover in Civil Engineering works of not less than the estimated cost in any three financial years of the last five preceding financial years, certified by a Chartered Accountant. | Bidders must possess or have on hire/lease the specified machineries as per Format-III, securing 80% marks in aggregate. | Bid capacity (A*N*2-B) must be more than the total estimated cost of the works, where A is maximum value of works executed in any one year during the last five years (updated at 10% inflation per year), B is value of existing commitments and ongoing works to be completed during the next years, and N is the number of years prescribed for completion of the works. | Joint Venture/Consortium agreements/M.O.Us are not allowed to participate. | Contractors not registered with the Government of Odisha must register with the appropriate authority of the State Government within a month of acceptance of bid.
